Cortex Island is the final world in this game, Joy and the rest of emotions must save Riley's life with Quantum Masks and defeating the evil scientist Dr. Neo Cortex, as well as the undoing the failed experiments of the last bandicoot. Joy must stop Cortex and saving Riley's life and bringing Sadness as the important emotion for Riley's mental health.
